Happy New Year!

It’s 2023!  New Year, New You???  Nah…you are already a blissfully whole and beautiful human.  If you’re not feeling it, though, it may be that some parts of you that light you up have been put to the side, forgotten, or been put under layers of everything else you have going on.  And you know what???  You are not alone!  BUT, this doesn’t mean anything is missing. You just need to rediscover those pieces of your life so you can truly live your most blissfully whole life!  And THIS is what Blissfully Whole with Kelly’s is all about!  Read on!

What do I mean this is what Blissfully Whole with Kelly is all about?  Blissfully Whole with Kelly is about helping women rediscover their authentic selves so they can live their most blissfully whole lives….through goal setting with a twist!

If you’ve been checking out my website, reading my posts on Facebook or Instagram, or receiving my weekly newsletters, you know I preach about taking ownership of our own lives.  No finger pointing, no blaming anyone or anything if our lives aren’t exactly what we want them to be, and especially no brushing off our own personal responsibility.

Instead, I cannot express enough the value in digging into what makes us tick, our habits, our likes, our dislikes, our routines, our everything.  True foundational work.  You may be saying, “What?  Where is the goal setting?  Where are the steps to reach my goals?”  It comes…I promise.  As the saying goes, nothing changes if we don’t make a change, and we can’t make a change if we aren’t aware of what needs to be changed!

All of this may seem daunting, feel overwhelming and even make you squirm a little bit thinking of uncovering the layers, but I promise you 1) you will never regret doing the work, and 2) you don’t have to do it alone.  I am right here by your side to offer tips and inspiration through my blog, socials and weekly newsletter…and coming soon, I will be offering coaching with me!

In the meantime, here are three questions to ask yourself to start digging in!

1.       What do I want for my life this year?

2.       How do I want to feel this year?

3.       What am I willing to do to achieve #1 and #2?  (Be honest here!)

All along the way, never stop celebrating you!  Happy New Year!
